Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how we handle refunds for purchases made through our store (e.g. ranks, in-game currency, cosmetics). Please read it before making a purchase. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

All purchases are final. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your payment to process.

Please make sure you are at least 18 years of age or ask a parent/guardian before making a purchase.

1. General policy

All sales are generally final. Virtual items and in-game benefits are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase and are consumed upon use. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances described below. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

2. When refunds may be considered

2.1 Duplicate or failed purchases

If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, or if a purchase did not complete correctly and you did not receive the items or benefits, contact our support with your transaction ID and proof of purchase. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund or grant the missing items.

2.2 Unauthorized purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization (e.g. account compromise), contact us as soon as possible with details. We may refund the transaction after verifying the claim. We recommend securing your account and payment methods to prevent unauthorized use.

2.3 Service closure or major changes

In the unlikely event that we permanently shut down the Services or discontinue a product you recently purchased without a suitable replacement, we may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion. This does not apply to routine updates, temporary outages, or minor changes.

3. Non-refundable situations

We do not grant refunds in the following cases: change of mind after purchase, accidental purchase (e.g. wrong item) once the item has been delivered or used, ban or punishment for breaking rules (including chargebacks), dissatisfaction with gameplay or server changes, or after a significant period has passed since purchase (e.g. more than 14 days unless required by law). Use of a purchased item or rank generally makes it non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Submit a refund request through our website support form or Discord, including: your Minecraft or store username, the order or transaction ID, the date of purchase, and a clear explanation of the reason. We will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 5–10 business days). Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method; processing may take additional time depending on your bank or provider.

5. Currency and partial refunds

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. We may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund where appropriate (e.g. if part of the purchase was already used). Store credit, if offered, has no cash value and is subject to our Terms of Service.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may be considered abuse. We will provide our payment processor with evidence of delivery and our Refund Policy. Chargebacks may result in immediate and permanent ban from the server and store, and we may take further action to recover the amount. Please always contact us first to resolve any issue.

7. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory refund rights (e.g. within a cooling-off period), those rights apply. For questions about your legal rights, consult a local consumer authority or legal advisor.

8. Changes
